The environmental object "RIGA" with the cat from the animated film "Flow" has been moved from Brīvības Square to Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums), where it will continue to delight Riga's residents and tourists.
It is planned that the main character of the animated film "Flow" - the cat - will be placed on the environmental object "RIGA" in Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums) until the end of the tourist season, but if necessary it may be temporarily removed due to other events.
