The Riga Municipal Agency “Rīgas Gaisma” has implemented the project “Introduction of Smart Technologies in the Lighting System of the City of Riga” within the framework of the Emission Allowance Auction Instrument “Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions with Smart Urban Technologies”.
Within the framework of the project, 2716 sodium lamps have been replaced with LED lighting, which are equipped with intelligent urban technologies - individual motion sensors and three car flow control systems.
