Attachment of engineering tracks and holding of advertising sites for the development of a building project

Process description

1. Service requests
   The service may be requested using the “Geospatial Information” section of the Riga municipal services portal in www.eriga.lv, by selecting the type of submission “Registering of the engineer communications routes” and by submitting a completed submission form, adding the necessary documents. Upon receipt of the attachment of the installation of the installation of an engineer route or a holding of advertising facilities, the certified designer shall develop the specific part of the engineering solutions in the field concerned.
   Routes received:
   1) when designing the construction of an engineering structure shall be attached to the developed construction project in a minimum composition and shall submit to the City Development Department of the Riga City Council for the receipt of the construction permit with the design conditions;
   2) when designing the construction of a building shall be attached to the developed construction project and shall submit to the City Development Department of Riga City Council for the performance of a mark regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions

2. A service charge
   According to the binding regulations No 178 of the Riga City Council on the receipt of official documents drafted by the City Development Department of Riga City Council 16.06.2009.
   - in requesting the issue of the attachment of the engineering routes in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, the submitter shall attach to the submission a payment document attesting the payment of the fee in full:
   - an engineering vehicle for the route up to EUR 100 m - EUR 65.45, each for the next 100 m - in addition to EUR 19.92.
   - by requesting the removal of the holding of advertising facilities in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, the submitter shall attach to the submission a payment document attesting the payment of the fee in full - for one object - EUR 31.30.

3. Receipt of services
   An electronically signed decision on the location of the engineer route and/or the attachment of the holding of advertising sites for the development of a building project is available and downloaded on the portal www.eriga.lv. The information shall also be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
