The rental board shall accept the submissions of private and legal persons regarding matters related to the relationship between the tenant and the renter, evaluate the problem and, if a violation of regulatory enactments is determined, examine the problem at the meeting of the Rent Board with the participation of both parties and draw up a report of the administrative violation.
Service requests
The person arrives at the Rent Board of Riga City and submits the application or sends the submission by post or e-mail.
Receipt of services
The submitter shall participate in the meeting of the Rent Board in the resolution of the problem or the decision shall be sent to the address or e-mail address specified.
