Coordination of training programmes for the training of teachers

Process description

1. Service requests
   For the implementation of training programmes for teachers in Riga, a reconciliation must be received in Riga municipality. For the receipt of a consent, a written submission shall be submitted to the Riga Education and Information Methodist Centre (hereinafter - RIIMC) and 16.06.2016. THE documents specified in internal regulation 2-nt “Procedures for Harmonisation in the Vocational Competency Programme of Teachers”. The Commission shall meet on the last Wednesday of each month. After the conformity of the documents, the Commission shall take a decision and send it to the applicant.
   The service may be requested in person, by post or by e-mail with a document signed with a secure electorinic signature. The harmonising of the programme shall submit THE documents referred to in paragraph 6 of THE internal rules governing the procedures for harmonising the training programmes for teachers: application, programme, model of the certificate and the CV of lecturers. Documents shall be submitted to the Programme Reconciliation Commission no later than 3 working days prior to the meeting of the Commission.

2. Receipt of services
   The client receives A DECISION of THE RIIMC commission on the program's coordination or refusal to coordinate the program signed with a secure electronic signature to the email address specified by the applicant.
