Exemption of the owner of the immovable property from the obligation to set up an area adjacent to the immovable property

The recipient of the service is the owner of a single-apartment house which is not used for economic activity, a poor or disadvantaged person who, moreover, has: 1) a single pensioner who is a person with Group 1 or Group 2 disability who does not have a common declared place of residence with other adult persons; 2) a pensioner who is a person with Group 1 or Group 2 disability who has a common declared place of residence with persons who are pensioners or persons with Group 1 or 2 disabilities.
