Process description

1. Service requests
   In the Riga City Neighborhood Population Centre:

   4) in the case where a legal person is not to be registered in the Enterprise Register, but it shall be registered as a taxpayer by the State Revenue Service, a taxpayer's certificate issued by the State Revenue Service and a document attesting the rights of representation shall be submitted.
