Process description
Service requests
The customer may request the service in the following ways:
1. E-service - In the field of information on the use of the parcel, complete the application form;
2. Presence - by submitting an application in free form, indicating the designation of the cadastre of the parcel of interest and the information regarding the client.
When requesting a service in person, the customer leaves an application in the Riga City Council Department of Urban Development, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga, in a specially designed document cabinet.Receipt of services
A statement regarding the utilisation of the land in conformity with the development planning documents of the territory of Riga may be received:
1. In e-mail, the client e-mail specified when requesting the service (in the case of an activated official e-address account, the department will use the e-address primarily);
2. In correspondence by post, the customer's postal address indicated when requesting the service;
3. Face-to-face in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga, LV-1050.
Documents can be received on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00, on Thursdays from 13.00 to 17.00. In order to request receipt of documents, a previous record must be made by calling the Call Centre of the City Development Department of Riga City Council by telephone: 67105800.
