Process description
Service requests
A person shall submit an application (in free form or, using the proposed sample) together with the documents necessary for the receipt of the service, to the Riga City Council Property Department.
An application may be submitted in person, sent with a secure electronic signature to an e-mail address or
send by mail.
Receipt of services documents required:
1) a submission in which the name, registration number or the given name and surname of the legal person, the date of the lease agreement, registration number, the address of the leased property and/or the cadastre number of the natural person is indicated,
2) copies of other documents (such as the mandate) at the discretion of the applicant.
On-site, the service is provided unless the parties have agreed to be accepted remotely (using one of the available online communication tools (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.)).
In cases where you need to limit or stop visitor recruitment, visitors are accepted remotely (using one of the available online communication tools (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.)).
In exceptional cases, where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, by allowing the arrival of visitors on site, the service may be provided on site at the Department of Personality's Customer Service Centre on Knights Street 10, Riga, only after a previous entry by phone number +37167026138 or +37167026151, or by specialists, assessing the urgency of providing it in each situation in the situation
individually.
