Process description
Service requests
The service may be requested in person, electronically, by post or by telephone.
When requesting a service in person, the customer refers to the Riga Municipal Agency, where there is a possibility to request a consultation time in order to clarify all information about the project and its application.
When requesting a service electronically, the client shall submit an application prepared in accordance with the regulatory enactments
for acts on the drawing up of electronic documents, certified by a secure electronic signature, time
the stamp and, if available, other necessary documents relating to the service provided
the essence. The application shall set out the substance of the content for the need to receive the service and shall include its own
contact details.
When requesting the service by telephone, the customer provides information on the need for the service,
the main nature of the project and any other necessary information that may, by telephone, help to assess the extent and appropriateness of the service so that an agreement can be reached on the initiation of an on-site or remote service.
When requesting a service by mail, the customer shall submit an application specifying his or her contact details and content

The service may be received in person, electronically or by post.
When receiving a service in person, the customer in agreement with the Riga Municipal Agency.
Agency 'responsible staff for the tasks to be performed for the implementation of the service, amount of work
and the duration is determined individually.
When you receive the service electronically, all necessary documents for the execution of the service shall be sent electronically in agreement with the customer regarding the format of the documents, and the necessary advice shall be organised in the MS TEAM program.
When requesting a service by post, the customer may receive it by post, taking into account, as far as possible, the specificities of the service and the criteria for the circulation of project documents.
