Service requests
The customer answers the question in the Riga City Central Administration's Riga City Neighborhood Centre (hereinafter - Riga City Neighborhood Centre), where information is provided in the customer's preferred way or when assessing the situation, recommends a solution to the problem. If necessary, the employee shall contact the competent employee of the Central Administration of Riga State Province or recommend an authority that may provide the necessary assistance to solve the problem. If necessary, an employee of the residents of the city of Riga shall draw up an oral submission.
The Riga City residents center prepares and places information materials in accessible places for visitors.Receipt of services
The customer can receive an answer in person at the Riga City residents center, by phone, in e-mail, or at the specified mail address.
