   The resident arrives at the KapCemetery Board of the Riga City Council of Housing and Environment, or the cemetery manager, and takes his or her question orally or calls the phone. You can send your question by mail or e-mail.

2. Receipt of services
   The citizen receives an oral answer to his or her question at the Kapoyard Office or Cemetery of the Riga City Council Housing and Environment Department, or by phone. The resident receives an answer to his or her question to the email or by post.
