Service requests
The birth of a child must be notified to any section of the correspondence within one month. The Civil Registry Office shall make an entry in the birth register and issue birth certificates.
If the parents of the child have not registered a mutual marriage, the details of the father may be entered in the birth documents of the child by submitting a joint application for the recognition of the parents in the correspondence department, or on the basis of a judgment of the court regarding the determination of paternity or the establishment of the fact of paternity.
If the parents of the child wish, registration of the fact of birth of the child may be possible in the correspondence section.
The parents of the child or an authorised person of the parents of the child shall notify any family list department of the birth of the child in person after prior registration.
Documents necessary for recording the birth fact:
1) a medical certificate issued by a medical treatment institution or medical practitioner regarding the birth of a child;
2) a document certifying the elderly person;
3) a marriage certificate for parents;
Documents necessary for the recognition of paternity:
1) application for paternity recognition (form completed by both parents);
2) a joint application for recognition of the child's mother husband or ex-husband, child's mother and child's biological father;
3) a certified true copy of the judgment of the court in force;
4) a document certifying the elderly person;
5) if the fact of birth has already been registered - the birth certificate of the child.Receipt of services
The service shall be received in person in the correspondence department after prior recording.
