Process description
Service requests
A person, his or her legal representative or an authorised person shall refer to the service in the Riga municipal residential house privatisation commission; sending documents, signed with a secure electronic signature, to the official e-mail; sending documents by post. The service can be consulted by telephone (67012689).
Receipt of services documents required:
1. A submission regarding the review of the plots functionally necessary for the residential house (submitted by the authorised person of the apartment owners or the land owner) (original);
2. Written letter of the authorised person (original);
3. The minutes or survey sheet of the general assembly of apartment owners or other document approving the review of the parcel of land functionally required for the residential house;
4. Proposal for adjustment of the boundaries of the parcel of land functionally required for the residential house (graphic image - boundary and area of the attached parcel) (original).Receipt of services
