Service requests
A personal identification document must be produced and submitted:
1. Statement concerning the existence/absence of a claim on rent and utility charges and the absence of an action in court for rental
termination of the contract and eviction of the tenant and his or her family members (original);
2. Rental contract of the residential space and Annex 1 thereto on the right of use of the residential space
(registered in the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council) (original or certified)
);
3. Annex 3 to the rental contract for the residential space - document on the basis of which a rental contract has been entered into
(certified copy);
4. an agreement regarding the privatisation of residential houses of Riga has been confirmed by the notarial or Riga municipality
procedures for Privatisation of an apartment, signed by Annex 1 to the rental contract of the residential space
persons aged 16 (original);
If the documents are submitted by the authorised representative, a copy of the authorisation document, presenting the original thereof,
If the apartment is acquired in property until privatisation of the residential house, the State Land Service has been manufactured
case of the cadastral survey of the object (original).A service charge
The fee for the transfer of an apartment/single dwelling house to property until privatisation of the residential house shall consist of:
1. Purchase fee certificates (two sertfixates per square metre of the total area of the apartment);
2. Cost of preparing the residential house for privatisation (EUR 28.46);
(Law on Privatisation of State and Local Government Residential Houses, MK 02.09.1997, Regulation No 312 “Procedures and amounts in which payments for the transfer of an apartment, artist's workshop and non-residential space to property shall be made until privatisation of the residential house”).
The fee for the transfer of an apartment/single dwelling house to property, which is indicated in the privatisation notice, shall consist of:
1. Purchase fees (defined in euro, in privatisation certificates according to their nominal value);
2. Fees for the technical execution of privatisation and for services related to the privatisation of the privatisation facility concerned.
