Transfer of non-residential premises and artist's workshop to property until privatisation or transfer of the residential house

Owners of privatisation certificates - Latvian citizens, non-citizens and persons who have received a permanent residence permit. The owners of privatisation certificates shall be legal persons entitled to purchase land in accordance with the laws in force, with the exception of the State, local governments and capital companies in which State or local government capital shares exceed 50 per cent individually or in total.
